WSP has acquired Irwinconsult, a 210-employee Australian engineering company specialising in property and buildings.
This acquisition sees WSP grow into a 5,200-strong business in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and become the market leader in property & buildings in Victoria and the Northern Territory.
